Reviewed a multi-million pound failed systems implementation which was consolidating multiple Housing Management. Project successfully turned around, with first production delivery after just 4 months.
An initial user audit to determine challenges they were experiencing in engagement between business and IT which led to the production of a new IT Strategy.
Review of a challenging project delivering a new Housing Management platform (QL). Subsequently, produced an IT Strategy to support delivery of their business plan. Recommended an extensive organisational redesign of the IT function and adoption of Agile approach.
In support of a due diligence exercise, I developed an IT Blueprint, IT organisational redesign and indicative investment plan for the merger of two large London Housing Associations with a combined annual turnover of over £320m.
