Housing Associations

In support of a due diligence exercise, I developed an IT Blueprint, IT organisational redesign, business change governance model and indicative investment plan for the merger of two large London Housing Associations with a combined annual turnover of over £320m. Established a number of key investment themes to support their ambitions to drive 80% of transactions online, improve customer service and satisfaction, establish insight based decision making and mobile enable a large number of field workers.

I delivered this assignment as a Consultant working for Mosaic Island.
