Review of a challenging project delivering a new Housing Management platform (QL). Recommended re-scoping and adoption of Agile/Scrum approach to stabilise and complete the project, whilst establishing an on-going IT delivery capability to manage and deliver on-going changes. Subsequently, produced an IT Strategy to support delivery of their business plan. Recommended an extensive organisational redesign of the IT function.
